All of our beautiful cakes, decadent desserts and pastry buffets are one of a kind.

A statement concerning excellence
Cakes of Elegance cakes and desserts are created entirely by Chef Karen. All conferences are made directly with the Chef and she is responsible for the design, creation, and delivery of your creations. When you purchase a Cakes of Elegance wedding cake and pastries you are receiving an entirely hand made confection that has been created using only the finest ingredients, like real vanilla, imported Swiss, Dutch and Belgium chocolates, quality cake flour, Amish butter, farm fresh eggs and pure cane sugar. She refuses to use commercially made mixes and icings. Gourmet icings, ganache and rich cream cheese & white chocolate rolled fondants are made from her exclusive recipes.
